Cinder has no separate account. These are the controls that matter and where to find them.
01
Website measurement
Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads record page views and website interactions while measurement is on. Meta's AppStoreClick and Google's app_store_click mean the browser proceeded toward the App Store, not that Apple downloaded Cinder or completed a Cinder Pro transaction. This one control applies to all three services.

02
Contacts access
In Cinder, open Settings → Contacts Access → Open iOS Contact Settings. The exact system path varies by OS version. Limited access limits review, backup, export, and recovery scope.
03
Ordinary Recovery Snapshots
Open Cinder Settings → Backups, Import & Export → Recovery Snapshots to create, view, download, or delete ordinary managed families in your private iCloud database. Cinder does not schedule them; reopen the app whenever you want a fresh snapshot.
04
Manual exports
Delete an exported VCF from the Files app, cloud provider, email, or other destination where you chose to save or share it.
05
Forever Recovery Vault
Add or remove Forever Contacts, approve Create or Update when offered, make one all-or-none contact-photo choice for the eligible approved run, and separately opt in to a count-only completion notification. Notification opt-in is off by default and a notice is eligible only after every expected photo-bearing snapshot is verified; pending is not cloud-verified. You can also review a saved snapshot or use Delete All Forever Recovery Snapshots. Cinder does not run these actions in the background. Vault deletion does not delete ordinary Recovery Snapshots, and deleting Vault snapshots does not remove Forever memberships.
06
Forever membership
Forever membership saves locally first and privately synchronizes through iCloud when available. Not Now preserves membership and defers snapshot creation or update for that app run.
07
Preorder reward
Eligible App Store preorders unlock Cinder Pro automatically when Apple verifies the original preorder before August 31, 2026 at 00:00 Eastern. Verification happens on the device. It does not send a signed record to a Cinder reward service or allocate an offer code. TestFlight, Sandbox, and Xcode activity does not qualify. Use Restore Purchase to refresh Apple’s records.
Deleting Cinder removes local app data subject to iOS backups. It does not undo contact changes, delete exported VCF files or sent email, promise deletion of private-iCloud ordinary Recovery Snapshots, Forever memberships, Forever Recovery Snapshots, or portable settings, or send Jotform or another provider a deletion request. Contact Cinder separately about support records.
